New Parent, New Baby: Preparing for the Fourth Trimester by JC Bump and Baby

This workshop gives expectant parents plenty of tools and resources to care for their newborn–and themselves–during the tender “fourth trimester,” and explores ways to meet the challenges of new parenthood with an open heart and mind. Facilitated by a team of experienced postpartum doulas, the workshop features a parent and their infant, when available, so that participants can benefit from open, real-world discussion and hands-on experience.
